‘I consider myself a “lifelong broker”– I’m here to assist with clients’ lending needs over the long term; not just a single transaction,’ she says. ‘I have a passion to help as many people as I can acquire home ownership and then maybe build wealth through acquiring another investment property.’

‘I’m here to work for my clients,’ she says. ‘From listening to their needs and providing honest advice and solutions, to liaising with real estate agents, conveyancers and lenders on their behalf. I’m holding their hand from start to finish.’
Mimma, who holds tertiary qualifications in leadership and management, is also an experienced investor who understands first-hand the challenges and difficulties that can arise when securing finance. ‘I have acquired a good property portfolio – I know how to build wealth through property and the benefits of owning property,’ she says. ‘I am familiar with both sides of the loan process – from being the consumer and applying for loans, to now being on the other side and knowing how to navigate the complexities and identify solutions that meet my client’s needs.’
As a resident of the Macarthur region, Mimma has an excellent knowledge of the local market. She is available to assist clients with all types of lending, including home loans, investment loans, business loans, asset finance, car and personal loans, and provides a mobile service across Macarthur and Wollondilly Shire.
