Mel was amazing!
100% happy. After the first application was approved then mysteriously put on hold Mel went in and got approval with another bank in super fast time.
Melinda was professional and timely.
We received very reliable and friendly service from our broker and plan to work with them in the future!

Excellent communication throughout the whole process
I ran a google and facebook search where I came across Mel Lamb. From the first phone call I knew that Mel was going to be the right Adviser for us and be able to help us with our moderately complex plan.
Our experience with Melinda Lamb from Smartline was absolutely fantastic. From the first phone call to us picking up the keys to our first home, she was there for us every step of the way and completely exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

There isn't anything that Melinda wouldn't do to help us. She went over and above anything that we could have dreamed of. She worked hours and hours and hours to deliver a fantastic result for us. There were so many issues with banks, re-estate agents (the worst) and other parties yet she used her extensive experience and long list of contacts to enable our home loan deal to be finalised. She is amazing and really cares for her clients!
I have used Mel twice now and she has always gone above and beyond to get me the best possible mortgage to suit my financial goals and needs. I wouldn't hesitate to use her and smartline again for my next property.

Mel has gone over and above the normal expectations of an advisor. The biggest problem is dealing with the Bank policies and procedures. Its people like Mel that deserve to be rewarded more as she does far more than what is usually expected from such an advisor. I think the banks do more to hinder the lending process than trying to do whats best for the customer. I would hate to think what we would have had to go through had we not had Mel\'s assistance.
We will definitely be asking for her assistance again if the need arises.

Melinda went above and beyond in challenging circumstances to ensure that I received the best service and ultimately my new house. Melinda is extremely hardworking and determined, and remained professional and efficient throughout.
As contractors, the regular banks wouldn\'t look at us, however our Smartline adviser got us a better deal than what the banks were offering anyway! She guided us throughout the entire process and even arranged for a JP to witness our signatures on a Sunday. Customer service is above and beyond expectations. Very, very happy with Smartline in every aspect.
Mel goes above and beyond for her clients. Takes time to keep them in the loop, and always keep them up to date with everything that is going on with their claims.

Mel was AMAZING. She went so far above and beyond the \'norm\', and fought so hard to get our house settled on time between two different banks. It was a comedy of errors at every turn, and without her there is no way we would have made settlement. We are so grateful for her hard work to help us get into our own home.

Mel helped us in buying our very first home. As we were new to the process and didn't have much of a clue about how to set up mortgages, she explained everything in an easy to understand way. Whenever we were unsure about something or had problems, she was easy to contact and sorted it out for us. I have already recommended her to friends and will be going back to her to refinance and built our property portfolio.

So I tracked her down and asked her to help me again in 2012. I am again in my own home and so grateful for Mel's help and refusal to be put off by hurdles thrown at her by interstate legal professionals.

I thought the service from my broker was always excellent. The only improvement might be in selecting my loan I would have liked to have seen a selection of options with their different conditions/rates on paper, rather than just verbally discussing a few before having to make the decision.
Mel went out of her way to ensure we were kept informed every step of the way but we were also able to put complete trust in her to get the job done quickly, accurately and efficiently.
We needed to switch banks and increase our home loan, which Melinda made into a painfree easy process for us. She did all the chasing around with the banks which meant less for us to worry about and we completely trusted her to organise the best options for us with the banks.

The service by the adviser was 10/10. It did take too long to be approved and processed. Also there was too much back and forth for extra paperwork requested by the person approving the loan. Once it was approved the process was fast. The forms were easy had clear instructions. The checklist made it easy to fill out. Mel made the process easy and as always is great to deal with.
Mel made my first home-buying experience so easy as stress-free. I had no idea about home loans or the process of buying a house, but Mel explained everything to me in layman's terms and had no problem going through things over and over again with me. I couldn't have done it without her!

Larger portfolio of lenders would be an advantage
Running a small business doesn't allow us much time & due to the excellent service provided by Mel Schulz from Smartline, it takes away all the frustration of dealing direct with the bank & it is greatly appreciated.
The best part about the service was our adviser was always readily availble to speak with and was able to explain all our queries in plain English.
Mel was always available and came to our home several times to make sure we had all the correct documentation and were happy with our loan.
