This is the third mortgage we have arranged with Merilyn Holmes (one 15+ years ago, one approximately 14 months ago and this most recent one) and on each occasion the service has been absolutely fantastic in all regards. We could not recommend Merilyn's services more highly.

This is my second mortgage with Merilyn and once again her approach to dealing with stressed out home buyers was second to none.
She’s always available for the silly questions, checks in regularly and keeps you informed of what step we are up to.
I always recommend Merilyn to My friends as she makes the process seem so stress free and easy.

Merilyn was the most friendly, professional and approachable adviser we have ever worked with. Our experience was great i would strongly recommend Merilyn to any one whether you are after simple loan structures or more complicated loans structures for investing.
Merilyn Holmes was recommended by a real-estate agent whom never met her but heard about her from number of client's, decided to contact her and she came over the weekend and was extremely nice and informative and never pushy. She answered all our questions and gave us an advice on a specific product from a lender, I've contacted about 10 more different brokers and really did my home work but found out her first advice was the best we received so we went back and used her service and never regretted the decision since. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BROKER

This is my first build and so my first experience with banks/mortgages and Merilyn has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She\'s always been happy to explain if I don\'t understand anything, she\'s been keeping an eye on the market to make sure there are no better deals out there for me and most of all she\'s taken all of the stress out of dealing with the financial side.
Merilyn was a great help to me. She helped me refinance my existing loan and some other debts. I don\'t think I would be able to do it without her.

Merilyn was super informative and knowledgable throughout the whole process, she took the stress out of finding the right loan and made it easy and painless. She also found a much better solution than I could have done alone and gave helpful advice which made the costs of buying my land and building my house much more manageable.

On the over all outcome , I would like to make a comment about the comitments of the bank and the lack of there part of the final putting together the whole deal. Merlin effecientsy was impecable and all our instructions where firmly written on the necassery forms for the bank to act upon . It is oviuos to me that the bank fail to put the instructions together. We had to viist the Bank to have our morgage payments update to fornight and the assistant insisted all other matters should be carried out by the broker. as the in home banks only deal with general enquires. Not on, When you have taken time to make an appointment to sort out the promblems. Still awaiting online banking complaint to be resolved. I find this situation very frustrating that no one knows who,s job it is for our new morgage to be correctly put into the system.
Hi Merilyn was a fantastic advisor, she made it her personal mission to sort out our finances, the advice she gave was definitely to maximise our borrowing capacity whilst keeping our LMI low. Having to sort 2 mortgages with equity from 1 bank and principle from CBA meant there was a lot of too and fro. I would recommend her services to friends and family. Also as we progress towards extending our home we will use Merilyn again to sort finances. Regards Brett

Merilyn is readily available to discuss and review options. Although the ultimate decision is always with the owner her insite and assistance regarding the minefield that relates to Banking related finance is a welcome change. Throughly satisfied.
It was great that Merilyn was able to clarify how each option would work, and deal with the lender for us from a position of much broader knowledge than we could possibly acquire in the time frame.

Merilyn went to a convention (or maybe holiday - who knows) in the middle of my loan application process so this may unfairly impact upon my low rating for her contactability. I informed Merilyn from the start that I wanted a quick approval and settlement
