My wife and I have used the services of Michael Daniels on multiple occasions for refinancing and for the purpose of a percentage rate reduction on our home loan.
We find Michael to be truly knowledgeable across all aspects of the lending space. He always has his finger on the pulse and no question we have asked him has ever been too hard. He can also offer unique real estate market insights and crunch the numbers when considering the cost value of renovations versus upsizing.
In the past, we had had a change of financial circumstances at the exact same time our fixed rate was ending and Michael was able to present to us a number of options and affect a positive outcome when we thought we would be locked into a very high rate for the foreseeable future. It is a comfort to have someone on your team who will go in to bat for you.
We contacted Michael again this week to see if he thought it would be worthwhile contacting our bank seeking a rate reduction, and to our delight, after speaking with Michael and him providing a competitive comparison offer from another lender, our current lender relented and granted us a rate reduction. We couldnt be more thrilled.
We will happily continue recommending Michael to our friends and family.
Michael secured us an excellent rate after our fixed-rate term expired. Following a few email exchanges outlining the specifics, we now enjoy a rate that is 2.19 lower than the initial bank quote. Highly recommended.
Michael was amazing - so knowledgeable of lending criteria of different banks . We only had income from Super and are not young - yet Michael got us two loans approved in the past 12 months.
Michael is easily contactable and always responds quickly.
There is a portal system for uploading documents which makes it so easy to supply the multitude of information required by the banks.
But mostly Michael has a huge knowledge of the loan business and can quickly evaluate the amount and likelihood of a loan facility in your circumstances.
Nothing is to difficult for him and my family would use no other broker now. Thank you Michael for our new unit.

I finally did something I should've done years ago and got Michael to take a look at my mortgage set-up. He made what I assumed was going to be a painful process, painless. The only pain was discovering the thousands of dollars I had thrown away by not doing this sooner. By doing nothing for years, I had paid double the interest I needed to. What I thought was a complicated set up had always been the thing that made me procrastinate. But Michael just got on with it and made it all easy. One of the hardest things I was expecting was providing all the facts, figures and supporting info securely so I was stunned how easy it was via a very customer focussed online lodgement system. The mortgage settled yesterday and my new provider is nothing short of amazing - customer-focused, responsive and price leading. So bottom line, don't let the big banks pretend to care but instead rip you off and treat you like a number, talk to Michael and put him to work on getting you an arrangement that is tailored just for you.
