Nick was super helpful in applying for my first home loan. He was really informative, taking the time to answer any questions I had - from applying for pre-approval, all the way up until settlement. Nick streamlined the whole process making it as stress free as possible

Despite some unfortunate issues at the bank, Nick promptly resolved all issues, concerns and offered invaluable advice throughout the process.

Nick Peters is obviously well acquainted with banking processes and practises. He was easy to deal with and provided regular and timely updates. I stopped dealing directly with the bank when they made me chase them. Based on my dealing with Nick and Smartline, I can't imagine why I would ever deal directly with a bank again for any finance.

Didn't think changing home loans could be so easy my original bank Commonwealth made me jump hoops! Nick from Smartline made it effortless and found me a very competitive rate which my bank had no interest in matching, most importantly I was informed through the entire process.
Nick did a wonderful job in arranging finances for the purchase of an interstate investment purchase. We had banked with the CBA for most of our lives and Nick was able to arrange a significant savings that saved us serious money each year and a staggering amount over the course of the loan.
