Nicole Hamilton is passionate about giving the highest quality mortgage advice and is genuinely willing to find a solution for all problems.
Having worked in the finance industry for over eight years, in particular in lending, Nicole has a unique understanding of the challenges people face when dealing with banks. When arranging a loan, she takes into account the client’s goals and objectives and keeps in contact throughout the entire process.
“I listen to my clients’ needs and pride myself on helping them navigate the entire process,” Nicole says. “I am friendly and approachable and genuinely get pleasure out of seeing my clients achieve the result they were after.”
Nicole works with all types of borrowers – first homebuyers, people refinancing or upgrading their property, and people wanting to start or grow their investment property portfolio. She can also assist with commercial property.
She focuses on the Ryde, Gladesville and Putney areas but has clients all over Sydney. She provides a mobile service and is happy to meet with clients where and when it suits them.
