Very friendly customer service and quick response
We found the home of our dreams, but still had to sell our existing home and had no finance. Then in came Peta and the team. They provided advice immediately to enable an offer on our new home and then worked their magic to get a great rate mortgage with our existing lender, within less than a couple of weeks. Very professional, very responsive and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend and would use again.

Peta was super helpful and very accommodating, as first home buyers we had never had or gone through this experience before. This is the second time we have utilised the services of Sam, Nicole and Georgia at Hervey Bay Mortgage Choice. Extremely happy with the outcome again. We were able to refinance and withdraw funds for renovations and still pay about the same money, as we obtained a cheaper interest rate. Sam even split the loan for us so we had flexibility as to repayments and ability to fix rates on a proportion of the loan. Very happy all around, would definitely engage with their services again

Absolutely amazing top quality service i spoke to two other brokers before these ladies and honestly would never go anywhere else but here The girls Sam, Nicole Georgia that looked after our loan were absolutely outstanding, always ensuring we had gotten past every stepping stone required by the banks. From our very first meeting with Peta at Mortgage Choice we were informed of our choice and costs regarding taking out a Bridging Loan. Peta was most helpful and informative as we found we had little knowledge of the costs associated with this type of loan. Approximately 5 months later we made a decision, whilst overseas, to go ahead with this loan and therefore contacted Peta again. This proved to be a very complicated procedure whilst in the UK as we had no access to modern technology other than our Samsung Galaxy Tablet. However, we quickly developed an excellent rapport with Sam and her team. Our major problems were overcome with her help and our stress levels were kept to a minimum. Sam played such a pivotal role in us being able to purchase our new home and without her positive attitude constantly we may have given this purchase up. I just wish I had found Mortgage Choice 15 years ago.
Having been given the run around by our Bank, and feel as though we were not getting anywhere with reducing our home loan, we approached Mortgage Choice, after being told about them from a work colleague.
Our first consultation of just talking about what we wanted to achieve and what we were wanting to do in the future, we walked away full of enthusiasm and knowledge that no other person had been able to offer us before.
Peta was really informative and spoke to us in terms we could understand, and we felt comfortable enough to say ?we don?t understand? and she was only too happy to explain in another way what she wanted to tell us.
When we decided this was the way we wanted to go with our loans, Peta said something to us and she stood by this the whole way through and that was... ?I will do everything, you do nothing.? And that was how it was. Peta informed me when it was all settled and we did NOTHING.
They took all the worry out of the equation for us and it was just a pleasant experience for us. I can?t thank the staff at Mortgage Choice enough. They call us periodically to see if we are happy and if there are any problems and they are only too happy to do anything for us.
Our loan is really moving now, thankyou - we can now see the light at the end of the tunnel.
