Peter was very helpful, guiding us around the process of purchasing a home and how mortgages work. As first home buyers, we had a lot of questions which Peter took the time to clarify and give us a lot of confidence. He's also very professional, sincere and very responsive.
Honestly there aren't enough stars to reflect the support and guidance Peter has offered us through the journey of buyingbuilding our first home. As novices, and cautious and risk-averse people to boot, we have stepped carefully through each decision relating to our first family home. Peter has been infinitely patient, thorough and responsive. He has coordinated a mortgage for the land, and a fixed and variable loan for the construction. He's never been content with the first or easiest option and has not once looked for a quick, but potentially wrong, outcome. He was recommended by a close friend and we would not hesitate for a second to recommend Peter's services for anyone looking to secure a mortgage. Thank you Peter, we''re three months away from moving into our dream home.
