Emailed Phil from smart line after thinking we were unable to get a loan because we were self employed and thought all lenders use your lowest income from the 2 years.
Phil explained there were a few lenders that use one years tax for the self employed we were shocked to hear that and that was great news . Even better news was anz was one of the lenders who we do all our banking with.
Throughout the process Phil kept us well informed and was always there to help when we called . Phil got our loan approved very quickly without any hassles
