Prabjit was extremely efficient, friendly and easy to work with. He made the whole loan application process stress free and easy for our first property purchase. Along the way, we had some problems with financing, but he worked tirelessly to solve the issues to get us back on track. He Quickly responds and answered all our questions and made my family very comfortable.Will highly recommend to anyone who is looking for help with property.
I engaged Prabjit for my home loan, and despite most brokers saying my serviceability was exhausted, Prabjit diligently explored all available lenders. Eventually, he found a lender that perfectly suited my needs and I was able to get the loan finally. He's incredibly approachable, prompt, and genuinely helpful. Amazing service my Prabjit and his teammate Harkirat. It was my first home with FIRB approval requirement and the knowledge they have is beyond just approval. Prabjit assisted me with detail loan process and spoke to FIRB ATO customer service for hours to clarify all my queries to guide me right just what I needed. Very efficient in document handling and fast track the loan approval process. Would highly recommend him for any loan approval.
