“I take the time to listen and find out about each client’s current circumstances and goals, before providing honest and concise information and advice,” he says. “For me, the most important thing is that clients have confidence in me and can trust that I will find the most suitable loan for them.’
Friendly and approachable, Rob is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. He strives to maintain open lines of communication at every stage of the process to keep clients fully informed, and is always available to respond to queries as and when they arise. “I am very much a believer in the golden rule of treat others as you would like to be treated,” he says.
US-born Rob’s credentials include tertiary qualifications in economics, and he has around 24 years’ experience in the finance/lending industry. “I have held roles from credit analyst to state manager, working for major international banks and lenders such as Wells Fargo (in the States) to Toyota Finance,” he says. Early on in his career, he set the outstanding performance benchmark that continues to characterise his work ethic: “I was the youngest team leader at one of the largest banks in the US, aged 24. I also still hold, to this day, yearly budget records.”
Rob has lived in Brisbane, his wife’s home town, for the past 10 years and provides a mobile service across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
