I had to call Robert as my bank loan fell thru with my lender and I needed to get another loan application in quickly due to land settlement. He made an appointment to see me the next day and we went thru all my options. He was able to provide me with a choice of lenders based on turn around times for evaluations and assessments given my tight time frame. Once the decision was made he processed my application quickly and I was able to get my loan approved without issue.

Rob has made the process of buying our block of land and building our first home so understandable and easy, he explained everything very thoroughly, answering all our questions that we had and was always super prompt with his replies and communication. As my fiancé and I are shift workers, finding a time to meet during business hours can be difficult for us but Rob was always flexible and accommodating with appointment times, meeting us at our home sometimes as late as 7pm. As first home buyers, he has been there with us through the whole process and we have never felt so comfortable and stress free doing something so significant. We cant thank Rob enough as it wouldnt have been the same without him.
