Rob was a referral from a trusted friend. My experience dealing with Rob was first class. He was down to earth, easy to deal with but most importantly secured the best possible solution for our personal circumstances. He always kept us informed and returned calls (Funny that! He delivered what many consider fundamental practice). Can’t say the same for other brokers I have dealt with. I too would refer any family member or friend to Rob, and hope I have the opportunity to deal with him again.

I was very impressed at your service, especially the time you took to respond to any questions, ensuring I understood details, following up in a timely manner, and informing me that settlement occurred. This was really important, as it made me feel like a person, rather than a transaction. I recall receiving a surprise bottle of champagne and a hamper the day of settlement for my other properties. It's these little things, like a personal phone call from you to say congratulations, that one remembers. Thank you.

This is the second time using Robert. The first was a bridging loan in a stringent and conservative time in lending from the banks. He made that process feel like a breeze but I’m sure the leg work behind it was significant. The second was a refinance in a recession/COVID pandemic and I couldn’t fault him, it was seamless!! I’m very positive someone without his experience and expertise would not have reached the same outcome that he came through with. I continue to recommend him to anyone that is after anything finance related. He truly is a professional.

I had some difficulty sorting through a ridiculous number of issues with a couple of banks (delays, valuing the wrong house, data input into their old system which voided my offset, cancelling my automatic payments and charging us additional interest...among other things). Rob was extremely helpful and without him I still would have been trying to sort through the mess. He managed to sort everything out quickly and relatively painlessly and even got the banks to waive a bunch of their fees, given the issues. Thanks Rob!
