I purchased on a Saturday, my pre-approval was due to expire on Tuesday and I had full approval and ready to go before COB on that Tuesday.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience applying for a mortgage through Ryan and his team at Mortgage Choice. After we had successfully offered for an apartment, we found out that our pre-approval figure with another lender had been decreased without our knowledge. I reached out to Ryan and he got back to me within minutes. He was able to restore our pre-approval figure to the original amount and we had an unconditional approval within the week. Purchasing property is such a daunting experience but I would highly recommend Ryan and his team who are incredibly prompt and responsive and kept us well informed and reassured along the way.

Both Ryan and Susie went absolutely above and beyond for us in a process that was riddled with challenges from the outset. A unique work situation coupled with a changing market and tightening of lender decisions meant that we were faced with several issues along the way that lesser people would have balked at. Not Susie and Ryan! Ryan's tenacity got us over the line with a loan we were very happy with, and then he was even able to change things around when our situation (and thus the loan we required) changed. Ryan and Susie were incredibly helpful throughout the whole buying / borrowing / paperwork / settlement processes. Ryan explained everything in a clear, easy to understand way, making the selection of a loan very straight forward. His suggestions of how to structure and repay the loan were also greatly welcomed! Susie was incredibly diligent at not only following the bank up to make sure they were on track, but also followed us up to ensure we had received, read, signed and returned all required paperwork. They both kept us informed throughout the process and were available to answer any and all questions, making the loan part of buying a house the easiest and most relaxing part of the whole process. This is the second loan Ryan has organised for us, and when we are ready to refinance, we will be back to see him again! I have already been recommending Ryan and Susie to all my friends, including the ones who have an appt with Ryan on Monday morning, and a friend who was recently rejected by her bank. My only complaint is I have come to expect similar service from all other parties involved in buying a house, and unfortunately it has not been forthcoming??
