My experience - asked for help to refinance existing loans and finance another investment property. Could only be improved if he had a crystal ball to foretell the election result and the current reductions in interest rates. Still a happy customer.

Sam has been absolutely brilliant in every aspect, and we can't thank him enough for his assistance in arranging our mortgage and making our dream of a new home a reality.
We had some perhaps overly optimistic timelines given to us which were pushed to the max by the delays with the bank which was stressful however advice on pushing back on our developer meant that in the end we did not incur any penalty fees for the settlement delay which was a great relief.
Sam was a great help but at times was very cryptic and obtuse in his e-mail responses which made them difficult to understand.
From the starting point I communicated with Sam, I feel a different positive experience that he will be the key factor in getting my home loan approved. He is very knowledgeable and hands on to all of the process. He always provide updates at all times. I've been through various brokers, but the experience I had with Sam was beyond my expectations. Excellent customer service great result
I will be forever grateful to Sam for getting my seamingly impossible home loan over the line. My very unique situation had pushed me into a corner with 5 lenders auto declining me. I had given up on my previous broker and thought 1 last try with Sam. After a lot of time, perseverance and effort we managed to get it done. I would like to class Sam as a friend for life.

Grant was absolutely fantastic, because of our ages and being self employed he excelled where as the big banks told us we were to much of a risk to take on a mortgage with them. Grant was able to find us the right lender and as the house we chose was not typically conventional - rural residential without all the services - he had to work twice as hard again to find a lender for this type of property. Kudos to Grant, no such thing as a \"To Hard Basket\" on his desk. I would definitely recommend Smartline (Grant and Sam) to family, friends and associates.

We did have problems with both banks as we were refinancing , a loan and changing existing loans. But Sam sorted out all the problems in the end.
Unfortunately a valuation stopped us from getting the ideal home loan/package. But that was no fault of Sams. He went above and beyond his duties by visiting us at anytime that suited and rarely did he not answer the phone. Cant speak highly enough of him

Sam and I agreed that staying with CUA was the best option for me. However, CUA did not seem happy about me going through a broker, the reason being unknown to me.
