Positive Professional and transparent
Sanjay had been our mortgage broker for our new home. We came to Sanjay at the very last moment after giving the token of a house we liked. We had already home loan with pre approved with higher interest rates with different bank. When we met Sanjay things changed for better, in our favour with the exact match of things we were looking for. It sounded too good to be true as the bank lenders gave different story while we went for approval. Sanjay kept the whole process transparent and kept giving updates on the progress of our loans and did everything for us to keep us in no hustle. We got our home loan with unconditional approval in 2 weeks time. All the too good to be true actually turned TRUE We are moving in tomorrow to our new home and Sanjay is the first person we would like to thank for keeping it professional, transparent and smooth process for us. Just want to share a bit of our experience with Sanjay as a mortgage broker.As a first home buyer it is very nerve wrecking especially when u encounter some hiccups along the process.He was very thorough with his explanations even from the start. There were some circumstances when I would get frustrated with the process and with Sanjay though.Yes with Sanjay,I had some issues with him unable to respond in timely manner.I realised he is that kind of broker who does NOT sugar coat things just to make u feel better or just for u to hear what u want to hear.He is very factual but he can be very busy too. One time I have to go to the bank myself to get an update from them when it was taking too long for a decision and one of the employee said that Sanjay is definitely one of the great broker but he can get very busy as he has heaps heaps of clients.All I am saying is if he doesnt respond,yes maybe due to him being very busy or just plainly the bank does not have a respond for you.Sanjay does not like to talk to you without accurate information. He is very professional,well mannered and very patient with me and our case. It was unbelievably tideous process to a point the assessor questioned the ins and outs of our money on a specific time frame 1-2 years ago But he did fight for us,figuratively and literally in order for us to get our righful result. We got our land and now we are ready for the construction of our first home here in Australia. I may have some issues with his responsiveness but surely I have to give him his well deserved credit for being a great broker.

Sanjay Singh is a very helpful person, I was not knowing abc about home loans and even property market in Sydney. He explained everything in depth and gave me lot of options available. He even does not hesitates, when i asked him with any simple or basic questions. And even looked after me, in whole process for settlement. As the solicitor which i hired was a slack in his job. I happened to meet Sanjay on a Sunday afternoon when I was about to make a offer on a property the next day. I am glad I did that, as he told me a few things about banks and mortgage, that I would have not known had I not met him. The amount of deposit required to buy a property is quite different from what a selling agent tells us and I would recommend all to go through a mortgage broker before taking big decisions. Sanjay was patient in explaining the details, did several options for us and in the end led us to make a more informed decision. Sanjay built the trust in us and was hand holding us to buy our first Australian property. Being an immigrant into this country I had several reservations and questions on the entire process, Sanjay would always very patiently answer all our queries. We then got introduced to Kena, who is equally competent , professional and very assuring. My loan process went through several hiccups inspite of being a clean case - and I am thankful to both Sanjay and Kena who kept their efforts in the background and kept assuring me of the best outcome. Both Sanjay and Kena were available to us out of office hours on several occasions - which was comforting.

Any one looking to buy first home would expect Mortgage Broker to assist them and be with them through out the process. It's normal. In this competitive and booming realestate field buying home for first time in Sydney without any much knowledge looks like unpredictable. In market there are ample of companies and brokers providing home loans who do provide the service, but there are few who stands throughout the process. It was amazing experience starting from first appointment till the property was settled. Sanjay was very honest and set the expectations and explained the whole process. He had good relationship with the banks which helped to get the approval quickly and with a better deal.

Buying your first home with no previous experience in the property and financing market is a challenge. We were lucky to have contacted Sanjay for our financing options. Both Sanjay and Kena have been always helpful in answering our queries, following up with lenders and also in finding out the best deals in the market. I met Kim Narayan about 6 months ago when looking to finance my first investment property.

Kim has helped us for the past 5 months. We made an offer on a property and then had trouble securing finance because of a commercial component of the property.
