I am very unhappy - my loan rate has ended up higher than the website advertised rate. I am now left to speak to Macquarie directly to resolve this. I am currently stuck on hold trying to resolve this issue with Macquarie. This is my first experience in many years dealing with a broker - hard to see the value add.
Scott is extremely hardworking and a real professional. He does what he says and he diligently stayed with me for over 12 months to make sure I get the right loan solution for purchase of my property. He kept me informed all along the way and went out of his way to help me. I will recommend Scott as the best loan broker / financial adviser to anyone, anytime
Scott was so efficient and cool, he got us everything we needed with a rate 2% lower then what we were currently on. We didn’t have a straight forward application as I had been on maternity leave for 2 years, but Scott did everything efficiently we couldn’t be happier and we will definitely be recommending Scott
Had floods & cut off, lost power-still he was able to get everything completed successfully, the outcome was above & beyond my expectations.

Scott does his job in a very professional manner, but the thing that sets him apart from all the rest is that he has an old school type of approach to things unlike any of the big banks you can talk to Scott one on one and feel like he wants to help. Scott did a great job and it wasn't an easy refinance so his help was crucial. He is calm and unflappable and immediately gets stuck in when an issue arises, and heading off problems before they could become a drama. He's one of the best people I've ever worked with.
