Steve and his team recently arranged finance for an investment property we purchased in Ryde. Getting finance for any purchase is frustrating and time consuming event. I have the shortest of fuses when dealing with Banks but Steve made this a boringly happy process. Ill use Steve again, actually in a month or so, you should too. Great guy, great service, results oriented.

Make sure you model all your advisors to the level of service Steve provides - we just moved 3.1 mill in loans for investment properties and I would use no other. Steve has now looked after our portfolio for over 7 yrs and organised millions in investment loans for us.

We were super impressed with Steve\'s tenacity. Ours was not a straightforward loan application, it involved the purchase and refinancing of 3 properties in two States. It was third time lucky! Steve submitted applications to the ANZ and CBA which were both declined due to our personal circumstances. Having entered into contracts to purchase the properties, no was not an option. Through Steve\'s diligence and professionalism Liberty offered my wife and I finance.

This was all made easy by Steve. His patience and understanding in answering what appeared to be stupid questions was a true test of character and an absolute credit to the good person he is. However I am very unhappy with the Commonwealth Bank. Which was all out of Steve's control. One section of the bank wouldn't talk to another and it cost me and Steve time and stress and me money. I have asked Steve to took for another lender ASAP to get me away from that bank and I would not recommend anyone to get a loan from them
Our advisor had a difficult time as the bank made many mistakes when opening the new loan and paying out a refinanced one. Just shy of 40k went missing and our advisor managed to get it back in our account and have some account opening fees reimbursed. As we wanted to make the purchase a 'cashless transaction', our advisor phoned around to do his best to make it work for us, and he did. We're very grateful for his assistance and will use him again for our future purchases.
