Being a first home buyer there was so much information to take in. Without Shane I would not have been able to make sense of it all and I certainly would not have been able to get everything done prior to settlement. Constant communication was a must for me, when you are borrowing large amounts of money you like to know what is going on every step of the way which is what I got from my consultant.
I like the fact that i am a busy a person and smartline service took the hassle out of the whole process. I didn't have to think about the loan and felt that the person dealing with the issues knew what and how to follow up.
