Shreya is a diligent perfectionist who loves to aggregate all the relevant information available to her from 30+ lenders owing to her experience in working with various financial institutions for many years. She utilizes this data to negotiate and optimize the mortgage interest rates available for her client based on small factors, that affect the rate of interest, which a retail investor (common man) is highly likely to overlook. A small difference in interest rate (about 25 basis points or 0.25%) can result in saving thousands of dollars, which is precisely where Shreya differentiates herself from other mortgage brokers. I would highly recommend Shreya because it is not only her passion to procure the best interest rates for her clients but also a means of job satisfaction for her.
