My husband and I were helping our son purchase his first home. Our son had a small default and needed to repair his credit file. Steve put us on to the right people to repair this which can sometimes take up to 6-8 weeks. Our son had found a property he wanted to purchase and Steve worked hard to find a lender who would lend to him with the default on his credit file and he was able to secure the property. The credit file has now been repaired. Steve kept us updated throughout the whole loan and settlement process. He did an amazing job and gave us several options. We can't thank Steve enough and its great to see our son in his first property. We will definitely recommend Steve to friends and family and will do business with him again.
