I couldn't recommend Steven and his team more. We have been dealing with him for a number of years now, having done both mortgage renewals and a new purchasemortgage process. He always goes the extra mile, no question is ever silly, he is genuine in his approach and discussed all options without any hard selling tactics. I dealt with Robbie over a period of about 2 yrs during a protracted financial settlement. He got my business because his lender book was better than the two other brokers I looked at. He met with me a number of times and was very patient as the process drew out. I was happy with the end result. I would have given 4.5 if it was available I am a hard marker, so 55 is virtually impossible.
Yes.......he is my brother and our Mum has always insisted we stick together and say nice things about each other. In this case I cannot fake my admiration. My wife and I needed to re-finance to finish off some renovations and Robbie couldn't have been more helpful. Efficient and thorough service, Robbie knows his stuff. Steve and the team were great. I had quite a complex range of loans that required re-financing and difficulty in finding someone who was willing to get in there and find the right deal for me and work through the detail. It wasn't easy work but Steve got it done and I couldn't be happier

Robbie was great to work with. He came to our house at a time that suited us. He listened and worked out where we were at and then showed us a variety of different options.
