Couldn't be happier with Travis at smartline. I had a tough loan to get over the line and he worked ridiculously hard to get it over the line. I highly recommend Travis and smartline. Thanks for all your hard work.

Travis was a great help and made the process much less painful than it could have been!
I found Travis professional and easy to understand through the process of obtaining our loan. He would answer our queries promptly and if he couldn't right away he would come back to me within a couple of days. I would recommend him to friends/ family.

His assistance was especially valuable when I chose the house I wanted and needed reassurance that this was a good purchase. He also assisted with calming me when I was getting nervous about some of the paperwork. Additionally he sat with me at went throught the bank loan documents at length explaining all the details - extremely valuable time! I have since reccommended him to a family member who is currently ungoing the contract for sale - another success in the making.

We approached Travis for assistance in finding a loan that would enable us to complete some renovations on our home. Travis was a great help to us. We had no idea what type of loan would suit us best, and if we could afford one in the first place. Travis talked us through the options and ongoing responsibilities. He was clear and easy to understand. He wasn't biased to a particualr bank or service, he just wanted what was best for us. This was my first purchase, I had difficulties with my conveyancer which Travis rectified each time on multiple occasions. Travis went what I expect beyond the normal call of duty and as a result believe a true asset to Smartline.

Travis was very professional with his service and I would not hesitate using him again,if I were to change anything,it would be to shorten the whole loan process, I found that from start to finish was approximately 8 weeks in all but came out with a great result.....

After dealing with Mortgage Choice when we got our initial mortgage.... they constantly kept us informed and did all of the work, whereas this time when we were refinancing our mortgage to consolidate all of our debt unfort our original broker was no longer in the business, so after meeting with Travis we decided to go with him. While the end result was that we got the loan we were after and we are grateful for that, the process was so painful! I felt like I did more of the chasing with the banks and kept having to contact or prompt Travis to get onto things and for him to get back to me, and what initially seemed like a simple process was anything but! So prob next time would go back to mortgage Choice.... After having said all that Travis got us the end result and did get back to me when prompted.
