As first home buyers my partner and I werent really sure what to look for in a broker or with anything related to a mortgage. Have been using Andrew and Jacquie since I purchased my first home in 2012. Even prior to purchasing, Andrew was incredibly helpful in providing information to my partner and I about what we wanted and whether it was a viable option or not. We've refinanced and remortgaged a few times with Andrew since then and have always found the process to be straightforward and quick. Have recommended to family and friends and will continue to do so.
The advice was excellent and we are very comfortable with the outcome, but we never got to see the Accountant, Andrew Kerr. The staff member we dealt with Jonathan left during the process and i wonder if staff turnover may be an issue.
