I recently purchased a property and Andrew assisted in finding the best mortgage deal for me. Not only was he very thorough, but he explained everything in very simple and easy to understand terms, which made the usually complicated process very seamless. It was an absolute pleasure in dealing with Andrew, I would highly recommend his services.

Andrew has been advising us on our mortgage for several years now, he is always looking to help us and ensure we get the best mortgage deal. I would thoroughly recommend his services and the quality of the advice he provides.
Andrew made the process of obtaining preapproval and then finalising our home loan very easy. He came to us pre COVID to inform us about the process and how to best organise our personal finances, patiently renewed our preapproval a few times as it took so long for us to find a home with no stock around, and then liaised with our lender and conveyancer to ensure a smooth settlement. I have already referred friends to him.

Recently, we bought an investment property in Maroochydore through our SMSF whereby Andrew provided the mortgage solution, this one was difficult. Andrew and his team worked tirelessly to deliver the solution. On our authorisation, we had our “A-Team” all working as one to get this deal done; Accountant, Solicitor and Andrew all partnering together with us, and on our behalf with the lender and their trustee to ensure the delivery of the ultimate mortgage solution. And yes, of course he got it done !

Andrew of Mortgage Choice came to our house at a time that was convenient to us, he listened.....really listened ..... to what was important to us, to what we were trying to do and then walked us through in a clear and easy to understand way all of the options available to us. We were absolutely wrapped with the way the event went. We had 130 entries, representing 34 schools and 107 finalists which were of an impressive quality. More 800 people visited the exhibition over the 9 days and most finalists cannot wait for next year's event.
I am thoroughly grateful to Andrew for all his assistance in securing me a loan in a timely fashion that allowed me to bid at auction on the property that I am lucky enough to now own. Thank you so much to Andrew & Rachel Perry of Mortgage Choice for all your help with our mortgage refinance. To be honest at first we were recommended by our friends to see another broker, who did not understand our complicated situation.
By chance we then found you on the net and from our first conversation with Rachel we received nothing but honest and practical advice. Andrew & Rachel both truly understood our needs, were sincerely friendly and fast to act on all we needed.
