Catriona Hanneman brings her customers a wealth of experience and knowledge. She has been a mortgage broker since 2008 and prior to this she ran her own small businesses.
“I’ve gained so much experience over the years and have a first-hand understanding of some of the challenges my customers may be facing, particularly in terms of being self-employed and running a business,” she says.

She refers to an example where she recently worked with a journalist, a pretty tough customer who described himself as ‘not easily impressed’ and ‘very sceptical’. Catriona assisted this client with her usual professionalism and attention to detail, and he provided a glowing review of her service and expertise, stating:
