Danielle is fantastic. She helped my Husband and I in getting our first home. She is reliable, efficient and determined. The whole process felt like a breeze and its all because of her efforts. Danielle went above and beyond to find the best rate for our recent loan. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she kept us informed during all stages of the application. Can’t recommend her enough.
Danielle was a supportive and knowledgeable broker. She communicated very well and was upfront with all the requirements, reducing the back and forth getting documents. There was an issue with the documents and processing issue by the bank, Danielle was able to communicate this effectively and minimise the impact to the pending settlement. Working with the parties involved the turnaround was really quick and settlement was able to effected on the agreed timelines. Great experience all round.
