As a new investment property buyer, David has been excellent in guiding me through the process and has provided some great hints that have certainly helped me alot. Easy to talk with and always available, David is certainly the best mortgage broker that I have dealt with. His customer focus was something I found to be above expectations. Couldn't be happier with my interactions with him and look forward to working with him again
