The smartest mortgage broker that I have ever known. David managed to explain things clearly, concisely and with pictures It's not just David that is brilliant but his entire supporting team seems to work incredibly well like a well oiled machine. This is something that I have never seen before with any broker. Well done David and keep up your good work. 10 10 will definitely recommend David and his team to anyone that needs help

He took the time to walk us through all our different options to help us work out the best mortgage to suit our family. We are time poor parents with little ones, so the ability to have video chats with our broker after the kids have gone to bed was so appreciated. David is a very honest broker helping us come to terms with the difference between what the bank was willing to lend and what he recommends we should borrow as he gets that life happens. The automated system his office has to follow up with the banks at scheduled periods to see if they can get us a better rate is just one less thing i don't need to follow up myself. If you are looking for an honest, hard-working broker who looks after you throughout the life of your mortgage, he's your man

I cannot speak highly enough of the team from David Lelean Mortgage Choice. From the very first phone call to the review post settlement I was supported and advised with the utmost professionalism. It was all made so easy for me. I work FIFO and I was away for 10 weeks at a time. That didn't matter. It was like I was living next door. The contact was constant and all questions were answered with confidence and professionalism. To David Lelean, Julianna Backman and the young lady at the counter who took my paperwork from me, you all exceeded my expectations. They set up my loan and contacted me out of the blue to tell me my bank is offering a better deal then they gave me. They filled out all the paperwork for me and got my rate lowered again.

A big thank you to the team at Mortgage Choice , especially Becky Hill, they all went above and beyond on such short notice to ensure my home loan application was lodged, approved and settled within my 30 day period. Their professionalism , frequent phone calls to update and subsequent follow-up made the entire process uncomplicated. My application wasn't without issues as having my application stalled due to an error reflecting on my credit rating, that I was frustratingly unable to sort despite many attempts, Becky Hill achieved this seemingly impossible task. It wasn’t until David and his team gave our case a go that we immediately saw progress towards achieving our goal. Instead of receiving documents to read and sign ourselves, we spent hours after work on video calls going through every document, every question and every step until we left on the same page.
