I highly recommend David Scouller to anyone looking for a home loan. The vendor unexpectedly pushed forward the settlement date by a few weeks which left us with very little time to arrange finances. We were in major trouble but David managed to get our loan completed from start to finish in just a bit over a week. It was a near impossible effort on his part but David was vigilant with the bank and got it done. He was very responsive to our calls and emails, and also guided us through a complicated process with clear step by step instructions on what we needed to do.

As an owner builder, I was looking to access the equity in my home to complete some structural renovations. What I didn't realise is that most Banks do not like lending to owner builders. Being self employed meant that providing mortgage paperwork was a nightmare for me. Instead I would happily increased my credit card limit when offered. Gradually my credit card debt became enormous and so was my repayment. Thanks to David, I am now credit card debt free and I also got an unprecedented low interest rate on my mortgage.
