Dayle Boyer

Meet the team

Dayle is a highly experienced mortgage broker who thrives on building great relationships with her clients; assisting them with smart, strategic lending advice; and sharing in their investment and financial successes.

‘I view being a broker as having two key overarching goals  – finding a competitive deal for a customer and their particular circumstances; and taking the pain out of the loan application process, which can be very complex and confusing. So, the most important factor is having the skills to navigate these dual goals.’

Enthusiastic and motivated with a friendly, can-do attitude, she is adept at solving complex problems and delivers a personalised service specifically targeting each client’s individual circumstances and needs.

‘With extensive experience in the end-to-end loan application cycle and settlement process, an in-depth knowledge of the property market, and the ability to identify borrowing strategies that will perform well over the long term, my clients trust me to take control of the entire process on their behalf,’ she says. ‘Finance can be tricky, but with great communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to connect with different parties, I make it as smooth and easy for my clients to get through as possible.’

While Dayle can arrange business lending and asset finance, she has particular expertise in home loans, property investment loans and lending to super funds. ‘I have personal experience in real estate investment and have a genuine desire to help people achieve their financial goals with a foundation in property,’ she says. ‘I believe that property underpins Australia’s wealth and my capabilities in this area of finance will assist me in conversations with growth-focused customers.’

Dayle has worked in the mortgage industry for more than 25 years, and has experience in all areas from lending direct to customers, to handling broker applications to credit. Prior to becoming a mortgage broker she developed a high-level knowledge of bank credit procedures as Business Development Manager (BDM) at a big-four bank. During this time she was twice awarded Best QLD BDM (2013; 2014) and was a finalist in the Best Bank BDM QLD category at the Better Business Awards in 2017.

Dayle is based at Norman Park, in inner south-east Brisbane. As a long-term resident and active member of the local community, she focuses on working with customers around Norman Park/Camp Hill/Coorparoo, extending to a large number of surrounding suburbs. She can offer a mobile service where required and is also happy to assist customers from further afield via Skype or Facetime.

Benjamin Boyer

Benjamin Boyer

Ben is the co-owner of our business and has been an integral part of the business from day 1. Ben has 10 years of banking experience and 20 years of IT experience in the electricity industry. Ben and Dayle both share the same passion for property, the property industry, the part property plays in Australia and how it can underpin the wealth of families, young people and the community.

While Ben works in the background of the business he has a real interest in the outcomes we achieve for our customers and is often relied on for his strategic thinking and the wealth of knowledge and information he has about the Australian property market. If you are really bored one day you should ask him for some statistics - but only if youre really bored.

He manages all of our internal systems, website, social media, customer database,  business improvement initiatives and all the other things that happen in the background that allow Dayle to focus on our customers. Oh - and he is the family chef!
