Dee van Tienen’s mission is to help families reach their financial goals, whether it is to build wealth or become financially independent.
Being a broker for the past 14 years and having built her own investment portfolio of five properties within six years, Dee has the personal experience and passion to empower clients to grow and protect their investments.
Dee says that her “never say die” attitude is a personal quality she values highly which also benefits her clients.
“Buying a property is often a frustrating and stressful event, and there are 101 things to do within a set time frame,” Dee explains. “From start to finish, it’s the little things that count – and there are no short cuts. So having someone working with you who is on your side 100 per cent and is experienced, pays attention to detail and is committed to getting a result is extremely valuable.”
Dee is currently pursuing a post-graduate qualification with Macquarie University. She holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, Diploma of Financial Planning and a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management (Property Operations).
Dee offers annual loan reviews and face to face or zoom meetings. She works with financial planners, accountants and solicitors and their clients and welcomes inquiries from anyone who is interested in acquiring a property – from first home buyers through to experienced property investors.
