After dealing with other mortgage brokers that were hopeless, we came across Mortgage Choice wantirna and we had Brendan and Michelle look after us and they were absolutely brilliant. We came to them with a very complex request and we were already on a time restraint to get our loan approved but Brendan and Michelle knew exactly how to take care of our situation and explained everything to us in great detail to make sure we knew what was happening at each stage which took the pressure away from what could have been a very stressful time for us. After being let down by the on-line lender I had originally approached I was left with two weeks to find bridging finance of around $1,000,000.
