Emma Stephens is passionate about educating and supporting her clients’ financial security and literacy by providing intelligent, strategic lending advice. 

“My experience has provided me with the skillset to handle complex deals and effectively identify the products that will align with my clients’ needs, and help put them on the path to financial success,” she says.

“As a trusted mortgage broker specialising in financial strategy, banking and investments, I deliver and share insights, information, education and inspiration, with a key focus on supporting more women in our communities to thrive financially.”

When arranging a loan for her clients, Emma strives to provide absolute clarity to ensure they move through the process – and beyond – with confidence. “Life can bring many ups and downs and I want my clients to be informed and confident that they will have options to ride the waves of life. It is most important that they feel secure and aware,” she says.

Emma has worked in the finance industry for over 15 years. Prior to becoming a mortgage broker, she held a number of key client-facing roles with the Commonwealth Bank, including customer banking specialist, insurance champion, customer service manager, and lender at the Noosa Branch; Branch Manager of Noosa Heads and Tewantin; and Relationship Ma

Kristin is an experienced finance professional who is dedicated to sharing her lending expertise to help clients successfully navigate the borrowing process. Friendly, engaging and attentive, her client-focused approach is underpinned by honesty, integrity and absolute attention to detail.

“As a mortgage broker, my role is to build an understanding of exactly what my clients want to achieve, then help them get there,” she says.

Kristin takes a big-picture approach, offering considered, tailored advice and assisting clients at an individual level by building strong professional relationships. “Getting to know the customer is essential in ensuring they experience a smooth borrowing journey, from application to settlement, and finish with a positive outcome.

“I aim to make the process as simple and easy as possible for my clients and ensure they feel informed and confident every step of the way. By keeping their needs, wants and goals at the centre of everything I do, my hope is that they feel like they have been treated as well as a good friend would be!”

Kristin’s expertise is informed by eight years of industry experience. During her time as a team member at the CBA Noosa Heads branch she received multiple CEO recognition awards for outstanding customer service. After taking some time away from the workforce to enjoy motherhood, she worked in a broker support role before joining Emma at Mortgage Choice.

Specialising in home loans, investment home loans and asset finance, Kristin focuses on looking after clients around the Sunshine Coast, which she has called home for the past 16 years. She is fully mobile and will travel as far north as Gympie and south to Brisbane.
