Emma Stephens is a rare find. There are many Mortgage Brokers out there, but Emma offers so much extra value to her clients. Her extensive background in the banking industry is enhanced by her holistic understanding of money, relationships and financial health- concepts that she introduced me to as her client. My partner and I speak different money languages and I was impressed with her skill in conversing with us in a way that made sense to both of us, brought us onto the same page and left us feeling more calm and connected to a shared plan. I was really blessed to meet Emma. After living in Australia for 12 years as a migrant from Brazil and a single mum, my focus was to provide the best I could to my kids and family. This made it hard to get organised and to save enough, so I had never even considered the possibility of getting approved for a mortgage. I was a typical example of someone in the ‘rat race’ and it felt like I had no chance to escape. In a few months Emma not only brought me hope but also changed my views about all this and started giving me tips on things I could do in order to get prepared to buy. Much sooner than I could possibly have imagined I was signing a contract subject to finance.

I am now a home owner and I live in this beautiful place between the beach, golf clubs and Mount Coolum National Park.

Good god, where do i start.
the work Emma did, the info she gave us and the guidance we got from her was amazing.
she could have walked away after spending so many hours, and not getting a result due to how complicated our details were.
