Gianni is wonderful to work with. He\'s reliable, flexible and extremely knowledgeable. My parents first worked with Gianni and then recommended him to my sister and I. We have both since worked with him on our own purchases. Building a house can at times be stressful, but with Gianni at least the loan side of things is always well managed. Every time someone tells me they are looking at buying a house, I tell them to give Gianni a call.

Gianni is a one of a kind guy. If it wasnt for him we would not be where we are today. Im pretty sure he was sent from above not only is he approachable, kind, caring and friendly but he is extremely professional, easly contactable and happy to help were ever possible. Being shift workers we find it hard to be at home at the same time but Gianni always works around us and manages to get things done. Gianni started assisting my husband and i with loan guidance over 5 years ago. We think Gianni is wonderful at what he does and has amazing Customer Service. We found a better deal off of our own backs though, we only ended up sticking with smartline as St George failed to get their paperwork sorted in time. We do feel that with Smartline it was pretty much just a formality that we'd sign with CBA, no one else was really mentioned or did it even look like they were considered. And that stems back to our first initial contact in obtaining a home loan several years ago. That said, we arent disappointed. Gianni is fantastic ag his job and hia communication is faultless. We will look to him for advise when the time comes to obtain another mortgage
