I got approval for a pre approval for a low amount from my previous broker which was difficult for me to get a house within that loan amount range.
But than i met Gauv , he succeeded helped me getting a reasonable high pre approval loan amount which I'm really grateful and that was a miracle indeed.
Guav was always there to assist with any issues or questions I had, he always returns my phone calls even on weekends.
