Could not recommend Irene and her team enough. There professional and dedicated aproach to our refinance left us feeling confortable and insured a great outcome. They have great attention to detail and we were kept in the loop in every point of the proccess, and felt the process was made as smooth as possible for us.

First time home buyer here with about next to no knowledge about all this. Christopher Cujko, the son of Irene, I assume, really knew his stuff from what I can see. Had sophisticated tools to help me just figure out what numbers I had to meet in order to get the homeloan, which is what I needed - the numbers, the facts. He worked out basically everything, which bank, what special stuff I could get like that first home buyer stuff.
I nearly missed out on one of the government benefits but Chris has really made the efforts which meant I got it He even had alternatives, a plan B which still had benefits. I was just able to submit to him and just trust the process. Was about a six month process, something like that, and basically, everything was mapped out.
TLDR
If you are overwhelmed as a newbie in the property market and what to make a change and get on it, do not even overthink. Just talk to Chris, or his mom or dad. They will look after you. Just do it. Take that next step in your life.
I would highly recommend going through Mortgage Choice to help with any of your financial decisions. Irene and Shubha both worked so hard around the clock to help with my very difficult situation in order for me to get a bank loan. My partner and I bought our first house in Australia and used Mortgage Choice to make this happen We were first time buyers so were quite unsure what we needed in order to get a mortgage.
We received so much help from Irene, she organised a checklist for bills and payments, looked into our finances, looked into every mortgage we would be offered. She was very helpful and always on hand to answer any questions
Irene was also able to use his expertise to navigate us through the pandemic as circumstances and requirements from lenders were ever changing.

These ladies are awesome. They go above and beyond expectations and make things happen. Our cooling off period was really messy but these ladies kept me updated during the whole process. The team went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations in a slightly protracted settlement.
We have been managing all of our mortgage requirements for the past 12 years thru Irene. No matter what we have required, standard mortgage, building loan or loan extensions, we always trust her to find us the best deal possible and help us pull together the required documentation for the bank to get our money promptly.
It has always been our dream to get onto our own acreage. When we learnt that where we had the kids (horses) was going to be further developed into small house blocks we approached Irene for help. She calmly helped in 3 separate applications to finally secure a home where all our 4 legged kids could be at home in one location. When we unexpectedly had to change our purchase property 4 weeks into settlement and renegotiate loans and valuations on a different rural property with mortgage insurance. She took it all in her stride, contacting banking managers and pushing through a brand new application with little over a week to match up with our sale date. She went above and beyond what could be hoped in locking everything down and getting paperwork drawn up. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Irene and will certainly contact her when we need to renegotiate loans even if it means traveling now to see her !

I live a busy life style and don't have a lot if time to shop around for loans. I also find the process if finding the best loan difficult to get my head around. Even with irene being overseas at one stage, that did not stop her from doing everything she possibly could and was always only a phone call away.
