Jill and the team from Mortgage choice Emerald are excellent with the service they provided to buy our first home. They helped us from the beginning until the end to settle in our new house.
There are a lot of paperworks to get the finance from the bank. However, our journey was very smooth due to the help and support provided from Jill and her team. They took the time to review our situations, gave suggestions to find out the appropriate house and thus save our time, helped to find out a property free from flooding, gave suggestions with home insurance, engaging conveyor, even with mandatory checks such as building and pest inspectors, and arrange finance from the bank.
Throughout the process, we had always some silly questions to ask as a first home buyer I believe we all have those Q but Jill counted them seriously and suggested accordingly. We are very happy to own our dream house with the minimum effort, that was only possible due to the great service from Mortgage Choice team Emerald. We definitely recommend them for sure. Although we are over 2,000 km away we continue to keep calling on Jacqui for our finance assistance. We've never felt like she is far away and has gone over and above to take the stress out of buying houses and refinancing loans for us.

I was fortunate enough to have Jill from Mortgage Choice Emerald assist me in the purchase of my first property. From the moment I stepped in off the street into her office right up until settlement day, she was a great benefit to have on my team. We particularly love the fact that as a family with young children, you are more than willing to come to our home, which saves us dragging the childrent around town.
