2020- James Bec made the whole application process incredibly easy and answered all queries thoroughly. As a first home buyer it was a scary process for me but I can happily say that the team at Mortgage Choice North Lakes made the process straightforward and seamless. Without going into to much detail between my figures being lower then first intisipated after submitting tax return he managed to work with my current lender and the new loan lender to get us the we needed to make the transaction happen. 10 out of 10.....great communication - the entire team Bec, Tammy and James were fantastic. we especially loved the excitement generated when we reached our goal and bought our house. The process initially felt very overwhelming but James put our anxiety to rest and we put our faith in him.

A lender that suited our requirements right now. We seem to test you regularly. While others tell scary stories of settlement dates going wrong, we tell our story of settlement date being stress free. You proved your loyalty and professionalism again when the other side tried to find out who our finance was being done by. You told him that what he was asking you was against policy, giving no information showing again your ability to handle any situation.
