As first time buyers Johns expertise in helping us navigate the ins and out of getting a mortgage was second to none. He provided us with the confidence and reassurance at every step, often late in the day when we had one more question whether its understanding the right product and amount for your circumstances or guidance in navigating the complex world of the buying process Johns your guy.
Given the complexity of the finances required to first buy and then sell, Johns advice was vital. He explained how our options were structured, kept us informed throughout the lengthy process, and was available to troubleshoot various obstacles with solicitors and banks. Highly recommended.

I spoke to John about refinancing my mortgage last year and through some number crunching and an open discussion, John was clear there were some things I needed to do to get myself where I needed to be in order to be successful at refinancing.
I took the advice, made changes to my financial situation, changed my spending habits, and less than a year later I contacted John again and went through the whole process. I was honestly so lucky to land John as my broker. As a first home buyer with zero knowledge of the world of purchasing property, a pretty small budget and a speckled history of bad credit and inconsistent employment I was far from any brokers dream client but John always treated me with so much patience and respect even though Im sure he had bigger fish to fry. My case took a long time as my circumstances kept changing as well as what I was looking for but John was there every step of the way patiently explaining every aspect of buying until we were both satisfied I understood. John successfully guided me through applying for a bridging loan prior to and after buying a property at Auction, when I had not sold my own property. He was professional and down to earth, with a sense of humour when I had a melt down. He very patiently got back to me when a form had not been scanned successfully or the like. John comes highly recommended.
I can not speak highly enough of John. Due to my circumstances I didn't have the simplest of situations however John assured me the whole time he would find a way to make it happen, and he certainly did. He was very tentative and timely throughout the whole process, I felt like I didn't have to stress about anything. I will certainly be using John again.

I contacted John earlier this year to assess my options for buying my first home in the future, but John went above and beyond my request and showed me that I could buy a property now, and that I also had the capacity to borrow more than I thought possible.
