John has been amazing and insightful through our journey of building our house. We had a period of time between settlement of land and construction starting where John was constantly checking in on us and making by sure we were ready to go when we needed it. I cant recommend John enough He is a hard worker and will do anything to help you on your mortgage journey

We have used John Treadwell for many years and he's always honest, prompt, helpful and we feel we get a good deal. We've recommended him to friends and family with positive feedback. John makes the complicated simple. Highly recommended
John gave us exceptional advice and helped my husband and I to get the best mortgage option available to us. Aside from being really thorough, John was always just a phone call away if we had questions or needed greater understanding of the options at hand. We won't hesitate to engage John when the time comes to review our mortgage options again.
John has helped us with three loans and has always succeeded in finding the best loan for purpose. Even when circumstances are challenging and other brokers failed, John came through. He is thorough, takes the hard work out of it, is scrupulously honest always recommends what's best for the client and his follow up is brilliant.
