Jon was absolutely amazing, went through the whole process, explained everything and got me a great rate Was really easy to contact when needed and checked in to make sure everything was going smooth and with regular updates. Provided me with all the contacts and the next steps I would need to follow making the process so much less stressful, I had to do was think about purchasing the property Would highly recommend Jon to anyone who needs a mortgage broker.
Jon has been amazing throughout the process of buying our first property. He ran us through the process of appying for pre-approvals and choosing the right loan service provider based on our needs. He has been prompt in his response to our queries and he went above and beyond in providing us additional support through property reports and supplementary service referrals. Jon and the team offer an outstanding service. Follow-ups and turnarounds are quick and efficient. I had poor mortgage broker experiences in purchasing my PPOR, but Jon has reinstated my confidence completely in helping with my refinance to get me out of the situation I was left in by others. This has now resulted in me being so much happier with my first home as a whole I will refer him to those close to me who require any debt financing or re-financing in the future and continue to utilise his services, as long as he'll have me Thank you, Jon and the team.
