I found Kaid great to deal with when refinancing my home loan. He understood my needs, very thorough and transparent. Always available to answer my texts or calls. Would definitely recommend his services.
Kaid was fantastic and helpful going through the process of my first home loan with him from pre-approval to final settlement, clear and concise with explaining all the detail and always happy to chat if I had any further queries I am now a happy home owner with Kaid to thank for making what can be a stressful process as stress-free as possible
I can't recommend Kaid highly enough. He responded quickly to my first enquiry, and showed himself to be personable and candid from the get go. He was patient with all of my questions and made sure to keep me regularly updated on the process of my application. I'd definitely engage him again.

Kaid has been my broker for 3 years now. As a first home buyer I had no idea about what my borrowing power was or how it even worked. Kaid spent the time explaining everything to me in words I would understand. Today after many years of saving Im the proud owner of a beautiful home thanks to Kaid. He was able to find a loan just right for me and give me the borrowing power I needed. As a small business owner and a youtuber on top of that it has been very difficult to get a decent loan. Kaid took the time to find a bank that would suit me and understand my needs. I highly recommend Kaid he has been amazing through my home buying journey

Fantastic service. I had previously been advised from another broker that I could not qualify for a bank loan due to the nature of my work - consultant/contractor. Kaid was very thorough in investigating different financial institutions to find a bank that would accomodate my working arrangements and consider me for a loan. Brilliant results. I would not have been able to achieve my goals without his assistance.

As a first home owner buyer, Kaid was excellent in navigating the complexities of picking a loan that best suited our needs. He was there from start to finish and was only a phone call away if we had any questions. This was especially helpful as someone who was not informed on a lot of the jargon/terminology. I was a tricky loan - refinancing, keep the house and pay out ex-wife. Being self employed documenting capacity to service the loan was hard. Kaid found a lender who was flexible and understood my situation. Awesome result!!!!

Kaid did a fantastic job at explaining the entire process to us which was important given it was our first home purchase. He was always readily available when we needed him and most importantly got us a great deal on our mortgage.
Kaid was very good. Extremely personable, followed up and kept me notified, looked for ways to add value/savings for me through the recommendations he offered. I was impressed by Kaid and therefore referred him to my brother for follow up mortgage lender support on 2 other properties. I find that referral to others is a great gauge of whether I have been impressed and satisfied with the services that a mortgage lender has been able to provide.
Upon looking to purchase our first home, my wife and I had become slightly overawed by the breadth of lenders and lending options available in the market. Upon the recommendation and endorsement from a colleague, we enlisted Kaid’s services to be our mortgage adviser. Kaid was able to clearly explain the various options available and his strong financial background was a great asset to us. The level of communication provided throughout was excellent and we were regularly kept apprised of how things were progressing. He managed the entire process from start to finish and ensured that everything ran smoothly. He was always available to answer any questions we had and was extremely accommodating when arranging times for us to meet, which was important as we have two young children. Kaid was a pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend his services highly enough. We look forward to being in a position to deal with him professionally in the future.

Excellent service from Kaid and Lou Costabile. I have already recommended them to others. They were the only part of our buying/selling process that happened as it was supposed to.
