Kerrie was with us on this journey of buying a house since 2021, providing us with sound advice from the start to the very end in 2023. She de-mystified many of the processes involved in securing the right lender and what we needed to do to get our housefinancial admin in order. Kerrie always responded in a timely manner and with a friendly and professional demeanour. We asked a lot of questions, and at times possibly silly questions, to which Kerrie always patiently took the time to respond to. Having a knowledgable broker such as Kerrie reduces the stress in buying a house tremendously. We cant thank Kerrie enough for looking after us and ending this journey on a high with the home of our dreams.
Jason Thomson once again came through for me. This was my forth mortgage through him and once again, he has gone above and beyond the call of duty. When no bank would touch me because of number in my property portfolio, Jason came through and got me the loan I needed for this property. Dealing with the banks is like pulling teeth, but going about it with my mortgage broker, makes the process so much more bearable as he does all the hard work for me. I can't imagine having it any other way. Kudos to Jason and thank you for working so diligently to get my loan approved and helping make owning this home a reality.
Jason was my broker for the purchase of my first home. He truly was an amazing support for me and helped me over every hurdle that stood in my path. He is a true master of his craft. Will absolutely use Jason's services again when the time comes.
Kerrie from smartline was amazing the whole way thru, made the whole process as easy and as quick it could be, easily contactable and lead us in the right direction. Kerrie was excellent. I made contact with her about 6 months before I planned on buying so I could get an idea of what I needed to do and the amounts I could borrow and how to make my finances as clean and tidy as possible. When I contacted Kerrie, my original idea that I was going for pre-approval changed to approval as I unexpectedly found a place I wanted to buy. Kerrie worked hard to ensure that I could get the best possible loan and not miss out on my first home. Kerrie was always super fast to get back to me with answers and also worked speedily with my conveyancer to help him have all the info needed. All in all, Kerrie made an intimidating process a lot better than expected. I’ll be recommending Kerrie to friends and family in the future!

Once we moved ahead with the application process she stayed in touch with us regularly to give us updates which we really appreciated and she was a great at talking to the bank for us on our behalf. Kerrie did a fantasitc job in helping me with my first home loan. She took the time to explain the process and understand my personal circumstance and recommend the best product for me. One thing that would be nice if smartline could provide it would be a yearly breakdown comparison between the costs of products to better understand the benefits and short comings of each product to ensure that the most suitable loan is chosen.
