Having built a substantial property portfolio, Luke understands the needs of his clients, providing honest and open advice and regular communication. This extensive first-hand experience, coupled with his lending knowledge, means Luke is able to quickly understand his clients’ needs and offer solutions that are best for their individual situation.

“I’ve built my business on always looking at the process from the client’s perspective, making it as smooth and stress free as possible, ensuring they are kept informed every step of the way. My clients can be assured that they will always receive honest advice from me, based on the fact that I pride myself on my integrity and doing what is in the client’s best interest, each and every time.”

This knowledge and his commitment to providing clients with a stress-free experience means more than 90% of Luke’s business is from repeat and referred clients. He offers a fully mobile mortgage advisory service throughout metropolitan Sydney, particularly in the inner western and eastern suburbs, but can assist clients anywhere in Australia.

Lidia is an experienced mortgage broker with a client-focused, results-driven attitude. Delivering a great outcome hinges on finding the right loan arrangement for each client, and Lidia conducts extensive research to identify suitable options.

"Lending is never a one-size-fits-all. My role is to find a product that meets my clients’ current needs and situation, and will continue to work for them into the future. I pride myself on honesty and transparency, and I have a genuine passion to help my clients. I view everything from their perspective so I can have the best understanding of what they wish to achieve, and do everything I can to help them achieve their financial goals."

She thrives on a challenge and is adept at looking outside the square to find ways around unusual circumstances. ‘Many brokers may say something isn’t possible if it’s a bit challenging, but I will do what I can to find a solution for my clients. The right solution is out there, we may just need to work a bit harder to find it!’

Honest, open communication is a key aspect of Lidia’s service delivery, and she is proactive about keeping clients up-to-date throughout the borrowing process. ‘My primary aim is to make sure their experience is as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.’ Lidia has achieved a strong track record for success and finds it incredibly rewarding to be able to assist clients in purchasing their dream homes and setting themselves and their families up for their future.

Specialising in residential home loans for both owner-occupier and investment purposes, Lidia is also able to assist with business loans and asset finance. She is based in Parramatta and offers a mobile service across Sydney, with a focus on the Hills Shire and Parramatta regions.

Mia is an experienced and dedicated mortgage broker who puts her clients first each and every time. She is an incredibly positive and patient adviser who has no problems looking outside the box to find a solution if traditional options have failed. Mia has worked for a variety of banks over the years and knows there is more than one way to do things. Different lender policies mean that even if you can’t get the loan you need from one lender, you may be able to with another.

“While I will always push for a competitive interest rate, there are often competing needs and priorities and I can help my clients navigate these. “Good communication, industry knowledge and problem solving skills are the key to ensuring my clients get the suitable loans and the competitive rates. I have always been a great listener and will take the time to make sure I completely understand my client’s financial needs and goals before advising them on loan options that would suit them. Clients also need to fully understand the product they are choosing and I ensure this is the case. Transparency on all fronts is critical to ensure clients don’t end up with the wrong loan."

Lisa is very persistent when faced with a challenge and will look outside the box to secure the appropriate solution for her clients. “I never give up! If I have to negotiate with lenders or other stakeholders, I will. I always have my client’s back and will go beyond the call of duty when required.”

Lisa can assist borrowers with all lending needs, from home loans to investment loans, business loans and car loans. She is fully mobile in Hills/Hawkesbury and Parramatta region in Sydney’s north-west.

After starting six years ago in our administration role, Ashleigh is now one of our two amazing Client Managers. She's an integral part of our office and is key to ensuring our clients enjoy a smooth, stress-free expeirence.
