GREAT Service Leonard is super knowledgeable about a wide range of loan products. Being self employed, I was concerned I may have had trouble getting a mortgage. Leonard has assisted us to successfully remortgage a number of times over the years. Recently, Leonard also helped us to secure finance for our first investment property, which we are over the moon about. He guided us through the investment loan process step by step and answered the many questions we had efficiently. In the 12 months, almost to the day it took for us to find our dream house Leonard was nothing but outstanding.
He took the time to explain how everything worked, what our options were and was available to us whenever we had questions.
Leonard took the time to understand our concerns and explained the complexities in a very understandable way.
He was the first one to congratulate us on our new home, even beating the solicitor to the call. He's on the ball at every corner and will go above an beyond if and when things get hairy.

Our journey with Leo was a long one however we truly reaped the rewards of taking on his advice and guidance to purchase our stunning family home. My partner has been working with leonard looking for a potential home for a few years now, and since my partner and I were ready to purchase a home, he has been nothing short of efficient and helpful in pursuing our dream. He has always made himself available for questions and constantly reassured us of any issues, whilst also updating us on whats going on in his end of the process. He's works with total professionalism and we cant recommend him enough considering our long relationship with him and how amazing he's been to us.

Seriously, he does all the leg work, cross checks the information, deals with the banks, heck he even sorted out my incorrect name that the lands title people got wrong in the first place.
All you have to do is give him the documents he asks for. Then sit back and wait for his updates.

Could not have been more happy with the service Leonard provided. He was patient with our endless questions and was extremely knowledgeable. After trying to select secure a loan for a new home on our own with no luck, we were so thankful to meet Leonard just in time to be rescued from reaching peak overwhelm From the very first meeting, he walked us through the whole process in a language we understood and without any pressure to choose a particular provider.
Leonard was flexible to our availabilities and incredibly efficient with his communication, checking on us and and guiding us through the whole process of applying for the loan, selling our house and buying a new one. He helped us understand information that was being communicated from other third parties bank, solicitor etc and simply took all the stress away.
Even once we had purchased and had a tenant living in the new home for a few months, Leonard remembered to check in once it was time for us to move. Leonard is knowledgable, professional, organised and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Leo was a true professional, he helped me through a very difficult process as I hadn't purchased for over 30 years, as an older client i was extremely anxious regarding the loan application and process, I had a previous broker, however this did not work for me and then I was introduced to Leo, from the start I was at ease and the whole process went smoothly and my loan was approved in only a couple of days, Leo even attended a preview of the property I eventually purchased with me.
