Lou Costabile prides himself on his integrity, reliability and professionalism, and draws on nearly 50 years of residential and commercial lending experience when assisting his clients.

Lou worked for a major bank for most of his career and his vast experience enables him to confidently execute complex deals and provide excellent service to his clients. Lou’s first aim is to always look after the client, fully understand their needs and financial expectations before assisting them in selecting the loan product for their situation.

“I take pride in my communication skills and understanding the clients’ needs and future financial goals,” explains Lou.

Lou is a highly professional broker with great interpersonal skills. He always keeps his clients informed.

“I keep my clients up-to-date throughout the process and ensure that they are satisfied before going to the next step,” he says.

He always makes sure he does the right thing for and by his clients. “I look outside the square to see if there is an alternative way of assisting. I always make sure I add value for my client by determining and recommending a solution not only for the short term but for the years ahead.”

Lou’s qualifications include a Diploma in Banking and Finance, a Diploma of Financial Services (Mortgage Broking), and he is a Fellow with the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Business, Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality and Diploma of Financial Services (Mortgage Broking).

He has worked in many parts of Australia (for over 10 years) in a variety of management roles including General Manager for a large international hotel chain.

Robert’s personal attributes of integrity, adaptability and honesty have allowed him to build a mortgage broking service that offers an outstanding level of customer service.

“Communication is key when arranging a loan for people,” Robert says, “so I make sure I keep clients informed every step of the way. This is, after all, one of the biggest decisions of their lives.”

With a background in Tourism and Business Management, Robert understands firsthand the importance of the customer’s experience in the service industry.

“Mutual respect and trust are essential, particularly in the mortgage industry,” says Robert. “I will always deliver and ensure customer’s expectations are met.”

Robert is very knowledgeable across all types of loans and products and can assist all borrowers.

Diane works very closely with Lou and Robert from the initial loan application right through to settlement to achieve a quick response time and efficient management of your loan application.

Diane has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, having worked in branch management for a great deal of that time, and is well versed in bank policies and requirements.
