What an amazing service, like wow! Robert and team went above and beyond as our mortgage broker for our recent investment property, so much so that I can’t wait to re-engage him to look for loan onions for our next property purchase. He was always very fast to respond to questions, sometimes even when those questions were fired away at all hours of the evening and weekends. Our extended search for the right property resulted in us requesting many property reports, to which Robert was only too happy to assist each time. He would highlight the pros and cons for each property in question and give clear guidance on our loan options we had for each. Looking forward to working together with Robert and the team long-term so that we can build our wealth through our property portfolio.

Robert was absolutely fantastic in keeping us informed with what information we needed to provide, how to interpret the sometimes confusing process of home loans. Even during Covid times, he was available with video calls and always just a phone call away. The documents they made up for us to break down how much we could borrow and what repayments would look like was very accurate and easy to understand.
