We had such a great experience working with Luke. We had little to no understanding of what purchasing a home involved when heading into this process and Luke just simplified everything. He made it so easy and comfortable for us to make decisions. Luke is incredibly friendly, making you feel like youre working with a friend. We would highly recommend.

Couldn't recommend the services of Luke and Jess enough. They were such a great resource for us when refinancing and changing banks. We approached Luke when we needed advice around upgrading from our apartment to a future house. Luke was very patient, supportive and helpful with our many questions. When we first met with Luke we weren't in a position to get pre-approval going, but Luke was still an enormous help to our planning, and when we were ready to proceed we didn't hesitate to contact him again.
They answered any and all questions we had, and were able to get things done for us in quick time frames to allow us to bid at auction and secure our first home.
Without their help I'm sure this process would have been much more stressful We'll certainly be dealing with Luke in the future.

Luke has helped me secure home mortgages over the last 15 years and in more recent years investment properties too. He is always available, responsive and nothing is a big deal to follow up.
